Hello World!
I'm new to Opera so please forgive me if i write something that should be elsewhere - i user Firefox for decades, tried Chrome for several months and now working with Opera. The grass is always seems to be greener...
In Chrome i can create multiple home pages each with it's own set of specific speed dial tiles - can this be done in Opera?
Best Regards,

No, Opera doesn’t support multiple home pages with separate speed dial sets. However, you can use different user profiles or workspaces as a workaround to organize sets of tiles separately. Each user profile will have its own speed dial.

@amelia214 I'm afraid, but I don't think Opera supports different user profiles. And I don't think different workspaces have different speed dial tiles either.
@brucemc777 That might be a major drawback when using Opera if you're heavily reliant on different profiles. On the other hand, if you happen to use to different devices with your Opera account (except iOS which has no real sync option), you could create an individual speed dial page for each as, contrary to other browsers, Opera keeps them separate from another. You can reach them all via the sidebar, but your speed dial on one device stays uneffected by changes on another.

Many thanks to everyone! I appreciate the support and am impressed how fast y'all came to my assistance.
Every browser seems to have its benefits and its drawbacks. i can live with this-

Note that the start page supports folders (one level). You can goto the URL
opera://bookmarks
, go into the "Speed Dial" folder and create new folders (with the new folder button or right-clicking). You can also create a new folder on the start page by dragging one speed dial on top of another. When you use the heart icon to bookmark a site, you can choose what speed dial folder to bookmark it to if you want.
In other words, you can use folders on the start page to separate your speed dials. You even choose to not have any speed dials on the root of the page and have them just in folders. And, at the URL
opera://settings/startPage
, you can hide elements on the start page to make the user of folders nicer. One a folder is set up with speed dials in it, you just hover over the folder and click it to basically show its speed dial page.
Note what you want, but something that Opera can do now.
