Hello!
The problem is likely related to the data that the browser accumulates. Over time, this clutter can interfere with the functioning of extensions! Don't worry; it’s very easy to fix.
To start, you need to clear the cache:
Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> ""Settings"" (or press Alt+P)
In the window that opens, select ""Security"" -> ""Privacy and Security"" -> ""Clear Browsing Data""
Check the box next to ""Cached images and files,"" select a time range at the top, and click ""Clear Data.""
Next, close and reopen the browser. Now try using the extension. Is the problem still there? If so, you should clear the website's database:
Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> ""Developer"" -> ""Developer Tools"" (or press Ctrl+Shift+I)
In the window that opens, select ""Application"" -> ""Storage"" -> ""IndexedDB""
Select the folders under
youtube.com one by one and click ""Delete.""
Enjoy using UDL Helper!
Best regards, YouTube Downloader (UDL Helper) team!
