reader mode with updated TTS voices for more natural ones

I like opera web browser a lot but the only thing keeping me from switching over to it from chrome is that there is no reader mode like on chrome. I tried to find free website to use with TTS' but I found out that opera only uses the old default windows voices and they don't sound natural. Please add new and more natural sounding voices and a reader mode Prayge
