Since the new update today, my Youtube doesn't work anymore. I startet Opera new AND my PC, but still nothing.!

@Aminchen Which version number are you on? Is it the one ending in .70?

I had a similar problem with Opera One, the latest "stable update" ending in 70, and that problem (and multiple other issues) went away immediately as soon as I reverted back to the update ending in .56.

Me too, caused by the adblocker. But I was able to resolve it somehow so that I could still use the adblocker. Not exactly sure how though. Deleting cookies and restarting didn't help, but I think I did the right order at some point of deleting cookies and disabling and enabling the adblocker. Or it wasn't something I did at all . Anyway, haven't had that problem since.

Try disabling ad blocker. For me it didn't work in Developer btw, now works. In Stable (Portable) it was working and works now as well.

@whisperer maybe there was some issue in the ad blocking lists. Because for me it was working in Stable but not working in Developer. I did nothing with cookies or site data and it works now. So maybe the lists were updated in different times.

@andrew84 That could be. It could explain why the problem I had literally came on overnight, and maybe even why it was so weirdly specific. (Videos would play unless I was trying to play them in a youtube.com tab that saw me as signed in.) It could also explain why they are working again, as of now. (I'm 6 hours behind CEST, if that matters.)

Anyway, "try to update the adblock lists" and/or "wait for an update to the adblock lists" may be something to put on the list of things to try when something like this happens.

Opera GX. And it was the ad blocker. I turned it of, now it works again. Thank you!

There was an ad blocker update yesterday, so a refresh might have been necessary.
