opera is not downloaded through the installer

I'm trying to download/install Opera, but it's not working. Here's what happens:

• The Opera website loads, but the download doesn't start (just shows "Loading..." or "NEW SIDEBAR" with no progress).
• If I manage to get the installer, it fails to launch (no error, just nothing happens).
• I don’t think it’s an admin rights issue, since I’m not even getting permission prompts.

What I’ve tried (no success):

• Disabling antivirus/firewall temporarily.
• Clearing cache/DNS (ipconfig /flushdns).
• Checking the hosts file (no blocks for Opera).

System:

• Windows 11 (latest updates).
• No VPN/proxy active.

Question:
Has anyone faced this? Is there a way to force the download or get a direct installer link? Portable version also didn’t work.

@pronubDC If you're downloading Opera, what are you using to download it?

Which version of the installer (there's the network installer and the full, offline installer)?
