Hello,

I've been experiencing a persistent issue on YouTube when using Opera GX. There's a white blurred overlay at the bottom of every video that doesn't go away, even after trying the following:

• RGX Mode is completely disabled.
• Disabled all extensions.
• Issue appears in private window.
• Disabled all video enhancements and flags (opera://flags).
• Disabled "force dark pages", animations, and background effects.
• Tried both enabling and disabling hardware acceleration.
• Cleared cache and cookies.
• Manually deleted Preferences, Secure Preferences, and Local State files.
• Fully reinstalled Opera GX and removed AppData folders.

The issue only occurs in Opera GX, not in other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or regular Opera.

The white blur seems like an overlay or CSS effect that remains even when no visual features are turned on. It negatively affects video quality and viewing experience.

Please investigate this as it seems to be a bug introduced in a recent update.
