Listing speed dial folder contents

I have a couple of speed dial folders each containing a large number of speed dials. I need to sort thru these but I don't want to visit each URL to see if I need it or not. It'd be great if the individual titles were explanatory, but for some I can't even guess (and yes, I know who to blame:).
What would be very useful is to list in plain text the name and URL of each speed dial giving me a guide for my culling.
Anyone know how I could do this?
