Hard to say.

My PC have several years but everything looks fine.

I use Orera Gx, Opera, Brave and sometimes Chrome.
I only have this issue with Opera Gx and since the last update.
Login Issue via Opera Auth

@JediLie Same issue here, I've read online it has to to with Antivirus software like Kaspersky, But I have completely disabled that program and the issue persists.

100% agree, using edge until this is fixed. the new tab button is also tiny and when i drag the tab, it doesn't turn transparent or smaller
Dragging tabs from a maximised window to a different screen don't create a maximised window

@tretaro Second option would be to save all opened tabs to Speed Dial, export your bookmarks and import them on the other browser.

I have Opera GX (core: 118.0.5461.120) – 2025-05-15
on Windows 11 Pro

and after this update my tabs broke
they were more compact in the previous version and these ones go beyond the limits so I can't see most of my tabs

I can assume that the problem is in Tab Traces, this function appeared in this update, but I still couldn’t find where to turn it off

I was doing well on the previous version and I don't know what to do anymore

I don't know English I use a translator this is my last hope to write here I have already tried to solve this problem for many hoursScreenshot_1.png

@dominowino As said, it's no longer possible to return to the old UI, that probably will be removed.

There may be some workarounds, but they are all temporary.
